Noa Bar’s course. Six burners, six plates, one pass.
The group cooks dinner for itself: fish or poultry, a side, a sauce, greens. Noa sets the timing so the plates leave together, not “whoever is ready.” We do not take guests from the street — this is a teaching table, not a reservation.
Six stoves — six stations. Someone sears, someone holds a sauce, someone plates. The menu follows the morning market, not a dining-room seasonal card.
We break down the delivery, assign stations, fire, plate. We eat what we cooked. We wash the dishes ourselves — the school does not keep a dishwasher “for guests.”
We do not run this course on Friday: a full table will not fit before 13:00. Booking Sun–Thu, October 2026.
