The class at Levinsky 32. Stoves, boards, an oven. No dining room and no display case.
A line of six gas stoves, numbered tables, a shared oven and sink. In the morning a station is empty; by noon the boards already hold the market: greens, fish, dough, or a tray — depending on the course.
These are not photos of dishes for sale. The gallery shows the class: cutting, kneading, spices, the oven, and a table for six.
